These wind chimes are big and, even though they are made with aluminum, they are heavy. Make sure you have a strong place to hang them. The sound is a low pitch beautiful tone and it does not take much wind to make some beautiful and relaxing sounds.

My husband and I first heard the King David chimes in a gift shop in Lake Placid, NY. The tones produced were so haunting, we went home not being able to think about much else. So I found a set at a more reasonable price and gave it to him for our anniversary. We have them hanging under our back deck and the harmonious tones are absolutely heavenly. We live near one of the Finger Lakes, so we often have a breeze year round, which is perfect. Just listening to the deep, long-lasting, ringing tones of this chime is enough to send you into a state of bliss...or at least take the stress out of the day.
