I have been metal detecting for over 15 years and have used many different metal detectors from different companies including Whites , Garrett , Fisher , etc... I took a shot on the Delta 4000 for my wife and it is simply the best metal detectors I have used in this price point !! Many good features , very easy to set up and use !! The VDI is extremely accurate ! Pinpointing is also very accurate and it does get great depth as I have hit good targets at 8-9 inches deep. It's very light weight which is good for as I have a bad shoulder. You CAN NOT beat this detectors features and accuracy for the price !!!
