the hooks don't have snaps on them so they easily come loose when you are trying to tow either ...

The concept is ok, but, the hooks don't have snaps on them so they easily come loose when you are trying to tow either a downed vehicle or a stuck one. The tension holds up ok, but, the hooks will slide undone easily from whatever they are latched on including the strap. I'm going to replace the hooks soon so that will just be an upgrade on the product.
