Could have used better instructions. Ended up having to do some internet research on the correct tightening of hardware, etc. fit well on my smittybilt jeep bumper and performed great. May need to improve packaging, as UPS destroyed the first box, with only half arriving sans any hardware and the replacement getting pretty beat up, but that is on UPS.
