Thick plastic, should last a long time. My only problem is it falls off of a metal round fence poll. It did have holes in the top to screw it down, which solved the problem, but it would be nice to mention this to potential buyers

Won't stay on the fence very well. The horse which is 37 years old knocks it off rather quickly. It has holes to screw it down to the fence so I may have to resort to that which means it has to stay in that spot.
