These reviews seem to cover both the nibs and Twizzlers. My review is about the Twizzlers. I am the only one that loves them and the rest of my family accuses me of buying them only because they won't eat them. They taste delicious. They arrived on time and well packaged. Nice and fresh. Expiration date is close to a year out. For the price it's a great deal. Will order more once my stash runs low. Lucky for me it's the only candy the kids/grandkids will stay away from so they will last me much longer.

I used to buy this from time to time at the store, then for some reason, they dropped this item, and only had another brand on the shelves. The other brand is not shiny like these are, and has a completely different texture as you eat them. These are a joy to munch on, so I have to be careful and limit myself to a few pieces, then fold the bag end over to keep the rest moist until I allow myself a few more, a few more, and a few more, until the bag is empty. I like the bags that are re-closeable, but these bags are not. If you open one end carefully, and can do it without a rip going down onto the area of the bag, you can neatly fold the end over and pay the bag flat, folded flap tucked under, and they will stay fresh.

Licorice - one of my sinful indulgences. These are what licorice vines should be.

I ordered this for my wife; it's one of her favorites and has been for a long time.

It is a consistently good product.

TWIZZLERS Licorice Candy, Black Licorice

A classic, I subscribed so I can take to work and share. I purchased a straw dispenser to present them in. Works fairly well. The licorice is a little too soft to stand up perfectly. It would work in the dispenser better if the licorice was a bit stale and stiff & chewy, but alas, the Amazon Subscribe & Save is delivering fresh quality product that hasn't even had the chance to all stick together in one big clump, like that last bag I purchased at Kroger.

So, if you want fresh quality product delivered to your front door, this is the way to go. If you want, dried out, stiff licorice, you may try opening the bags and letting them set out for a few weeks but, if you can't wait, buy them at the grocery store.
