Quick and easy chicken curry, 2 steps and you have dinner

Bought this before, easy to use and absolutely delicious. Rich flavor with mild heat. My wife is from S Africa and she knows from good curry.
We are having friends from England on Saturday and that will be the acid test
Brown your chicken parts in oven with chopped onions, cook 2/3 the way then add water. Then the sauce. 20 mins later you have a meal and it's so easy. Get some Naan bread at Safeway. On bed of rice or butternut squash.
You could pull this off with lamb too.

Love this Butter Chicken base

My husband and I really enjoy butter chicken and have used this paste for several years. It makes the base for cooking this dish so easy. and takes about 20min to prepare. We always add additional garam masala and at the end of cooking, we mix in appox 1/2 to 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt to make it creamy. Served over basmati rice or over roasted cauliflower, it's the heaven!
Easy to cook

Easy to cook. Just be ready for the strong fragrance. My house smelled like this stuff for days. Put it over cous cous. It was a bit strong. Leftovers in the fridge actually tasted better the next day as the flavor had mellowed out. Next time I'll use 1/2 to 2/3 of the pack. Can't complain though for a different type of meal for an easy lucnh. Bit high in sodium but that shouldn't surprise anyone.
Yum

So tasty and easy. Love to use with a rotisserie chicken for easy weeknight dinners. Make rice, shred chicken, heat paste and add a little liquid, add chicken, drop in some frozen peas and serve when rice is done. 20 minutes to any easy meal.
Yummy

This thing is yummy. I like to put in extra minced onions (1/4 to 1/2 depending on that day's mood) and garlic (a few cloves) while cooking, and only use about 1Tb butter instead of 3. I also put this in slow cooker for an hour or so because I like my chicken nice and soft. While that's cooking, I like to pan fry some vegetables with just some oil on the side to ease up the heat, salt, and spice. If you are like me and can't handle too much heat but your spouse likes the heat, add yogurt and cheese on the side to make it extra mild; or if you cook with vegetables added in it eases the heat and saltiness.
