OK tool - Poor Customer Service

Product worked very well for a few years then cracked during use. I contacted seller, but was told they only have a 30 day return policy and would not stand behind the product. Sorry to hear that. I bought an all stainless steel replacement from another seller. Not a good way to keep customers.
While the product looked sturdy and feels like it does the job

While the product looked sturdy and feels like it does the job, I am not impressed with the chipped portions on it. There are a lot of damages on the product and looks like it is an old or used one. Since I am not a fan of taking the hassle and return the stuff, I am going to keep it but definitely not happy with the condition it came in.
Solid, beautiful and functional.

I bought this to replace a small green (lime and medium yellow (lemon) hand juicers where the enamel finish had begun to peel.. This one compares favorably to those two being solid with a very nice finish (and I love the color). I also like that the holes are not perfectly round but tear-shaped so they are less likely to be blocked by seeds. As compared to counter-top units, they take up so much less space, do the job just as well with no more effort and less cleanup.
Extremely Disappointed!

Returning immediately. Arrived in box with ripped and worn packaging, and paint enamel already chipped and rubbed off. Not even going to use, because if the handle doesn't break first, the shoddy and shaky pin at the hinge surely will. It's already wobbling. I drink tons of freshly squeezed lemon water, and was really looking forward to this doing the trick, but I'm going to do more research and have decided paying more for better quality is going to be the case when it comes to this kitchen hand tool. This particular one said Made in China, although I was unclear from reading the reviews if that is the point of origin for all recipients. Regardless, this was received in such an unacceptable form, I will not be giving this product a second chance.
DO NOT BUY THIS

DO NOT BUY THIS. Arrived a month after I ordered it. Used it a few times (4 limes no lemons) and it broke at the handle. Cheap cast aluminum that breaks easily. Of course, it breaks a few days after the 90 day from PURCHASE date. So I lost 30days of warranty there, and Amazon and company wont do anything about it.
