Expiration is Feb but if it accidentally freezes partially (back of the fridge is coldest) then defrost and if you don't drink it in 7 days it turns to pudding sludge slime---gelatinous. Fun to play with lol.
I prefer Pacific Vanilla Hemp Milk. This one has a stronger perfumish taste. Bearable but an acquired taste...
Better to just open one at a time, use it within the week. But if you're like me you like to variety several times a week.
Almond Milk and Flax milk last longer even after a month it being opened.Man I wish I could have thought to take pics of that jelly hemp milk lol
