I want to buy the whole set! Great brand.

This whistle came in perfect condition. It has a clean sound with little air leaks. It plays every note with a crisp punch. Highly recommend for toots and travel. Not a warm sound, but good for learning and folk music outings.

Great for the price. Also, my 2 year old loves this instrument. Kudos for appealing to her, as picky as she already is.
Great buy

My son is into playing his own music. He loves this whistle. He carries it easily with him so he can play some tunes.
Portable, Good Sound Quality, Easy to Learn
A Slightly Better WifeApril 18, 2017
My elementary aged son has been wanting to learn an instrument. He mentioned one day that a tin whistle would be fun because it's portable. I agreed, and liked that it was small, as to not take up a lot of room in the house. After some research I decided on this whistle, and paired it with the book Tin Whistle for Beginners: Familiar melodies for self or class instruction. He has been using the whistle, book, and videos on YouTube to teach himself how to play. I'm impressed with the quality, and ease of use! We actually have been talking about getting each of our other kids their own tin whistles too, because this one has been so much fun.

I bought the Walton's little black first and find the high D note is easier to play than the sweet tone, but the Sweetone has better tone quality and plays in tune a little better. Good beginner whistle. I'd go with this over the Walton little black.

There's a reason they call the Sweetone a beginner's whistle. This whistle has a great sound, and it's damn near impossible to mess up the upper octave. It's not the clearest sound ever, but it's just fine, and really easy to play and play well.
