Bought this to replace some steak knives from my Caphalon set. These was an exact match. They hold up pretty well.
More like Saws. They saw meat fairly well

I've owned a set of these for 5-6 years. Just bought this set to match what we have now after loosing a few here and there. They really aren't knives. More like Saws. They SAW meat fairly well, but only Cut for a short time before the blades get dull. Weak steel in these that doesn't hold an edge very well. Like I said, only bought these to match an existing set. At least the block is full again. There is MUCH better cutlery available out there other than these. The entire set is just So So!!!!!!

Best thing they arrived as described and on time don't hold sharpness for long but if you have a sharper they respond well

These aren't fancy knives but they have proven durable. I don't abuse them, just use them for their intended purpose. They have kept their edges and have endured the dishwasher.

So disappointed in these knives in less than a couple of months they began to show rust spots - they are horrible and I do not recommend
