I was told by my doctor that I have to wear an elastic abdominal binder for two months. The one the hospital issued to me was uncomfortable. I ordered this binder and it is 100% better. I alternate with both and can't wait to put on the Gabrialla binder.

I never used this much because I wasn't comfortable in it. If I was standing it was ok (unpleasant but bearable) but once you try to sit it is awful! I eventually ditched it and figured my tummy would recover over time on it's own.

Great binder. Have had it almost 4 years and still use it sometimes when I feel I need to correct my posture. I originally purchased it to use after giving birth to my first child, it worked amazing for that. My postpartum belly looked so disgusting and it jiggled. I had a c-section so the jiggle was also painful. Putting this binder on took the pressure off my incision completely! Not only that, but it helped my stretched out skin return to normal. Even I can't tell that I carried a 9 lb baby around, my belly looks better now than it did before the pregnancy. Definitely recommend.

I bought this to wear post hysterectomy to help support my abs while everything is healing. I am short-waisted and this is only comfortable when I'm lying down so I use it to sleep in. I ended up buying a different brand that is shorter top to bottom to wear during the day, especially for when I'm sitting. I like that it is narrower at the top and flares out as it goes down. It's shaped to fit a woman's body. If it were shorter, say 6 inches, it would have been perfect. It will probably fit long-waisted women much better.

I ordered this product because I have major back problems and I needed a little help with core muscle strength. This definitely does the trick! I am super happy that it supports all of the abdominal muscles, going from below my hip bones to just under my ribs. I would recommend this for women that had a c-section (as I also had) because it really does help support these muscles while they are healing.
