- - - but I don't always want to take the time to do it. I've been buying this for years - can remember when it was 25 cents a box, so it is still a pretty good bargain. I always make 2 boxes at a time for either muffins or in an 8x8 pan for cornbread. It rises so much better and can be split for adding butter or honey. There are also a couple of good corn casserole recipes you can find on line that specify this particular mix which I have made & that always get raves.
