I can't be happier with my purchase. I've had the model 615 slicer now for a few years and just recently lost the screw. I contacted the company, they sent out a replacement no questions asked because "they value my business" how refreshing!
I had bought a replacement slicer, not the same brand"”-it was pure underpowered, rickety junk. It's on its way back for a refund. (To to fair the other company was very accommodating in my return). Instead I purchased a new blade. I intend to keep my old model 615 for another ten years! Great product, great customer service!

It works great for ham, turkey and chicken. It doesn't chew up the meat. You get nice smooth cuts.
