Pain free (after modification)

Heaven on earth, after I cut off the ring that holds it to your toe. The toe ring was rather thick and bulky and made wearing the pad uncomfortable, so, I cut it off and have had pain free steps ever since. The pain relief is amazing as I've suffered for months with pain at the joint from having broken 2 toes in the past. Now, my only issue is keeping it in place in my sneakers (I don't usually wear other shoes).

After wearing one of these for about a month, my metatarsal is recovering. I can again walk a couple miles each morning.
Walking without the pad is still painful, but the pad allows me to function normally.
I found that I can wear the one marked "R" on my left foot by simply turning it upside down, so both pads in the pair will get used.

These are great. After being diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma, I needed to find a simple solution to the nagging pain. These pads are just the answer. I was using another pad but it was some what of a hassle to use. I would have to tape the pad to the bottom of my foot to keep it in place. After a while, I cut a hole in an end of the pad and slipped my toe into it. While this worked quite well, it was not necessarily comfortable. I was always aware of it's presence on my toe. The Silipos Pad removed the minor discomfort with it's engineered toe ring. It is not uncomfortable and it is easy to use. I could see where some people would have difficulty using the pad based upon the size of their foot and toes. Small, medium, large, extra large would probably be the solution. Perhaps that will happen in the future

Works well for my running and bike riding to help prevent toe numbness. I have used two sets of pads, two for each foot and
it still holds together w/o any problems when used with a sock. However, if you are looking for a metatarsal pad that lifts the small bones in
the above the forefoot, then this isn't the one for you because it doesn't lift, it's flat but works very well for cushioning.

Works for metatarsalgia

Works great for my metatarsalgia, or the pain I have had at the ball of my feet. They come as a set for left and right feet. It hooks onto the second or third toe, and one size fits all. I wear a women's 9.5 wide shoe, but it could work for medium size width shoe as well I think. There is no sticky substance to ruin your shoes, thank goodness, and it stays in place pretty well. The price is just right too. It is a little hard getting used to the toe loop, but with time that will change I think. They give nice padding overall yet are not thick and they cover the entire ball of foot back to the arch.
