Weston Burger Express Hamburger Press with Patty Ejector (07-0310-W), Makes 4 1/2" Patties, 1/4lb to 3/4lb
The Weston Burger Express Hamburger Press works very well and can adjust from quarter pound size up to three quarter pound burger four and a half inch in diameter. It can be kept clean if two wax papers are used. Using two sheets of wax paper not only keeps the burger press clean, but also wraps and seals burger patties to store in fridge to use for next meals. With burger press you can add onions, peppers, cheese, whatever to meat then make patties and freeze or put in fridge for next day or two meals. The hamburger patty paper I used is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TDBVW7W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The See photo.

Makes grilling hamburgers fun again.

I used to hate making burgers to grill up that would be uneven, wouldn't cook evenly etc. Then I saw this burger press. And boy has things changed. This has multiple settings for thinkless, which I just love. I was kinda worried that it'd be a pain to keep clean, but I found that if you use the hamburger wax papers this is not a problem. The trick is to use one on the bottom and then use one on top, then you don't have any hamburger at all touching the press and you don't have to worry about a big mess.
Overall really pleased and would recommend this to anyone. Well worth the money and you get well made, evenly cooked burgers all the time every time.

I bought this press along with the Weston hamburger patty papers, and it works great! It is easily adjustable, easy to clean, and the burger patty weight markings appear to be very accurate. Tips for use: I recommend using hamburger patty papers with this press, lining both the top and bottom of patty in the press. It will save you much time cleaning your press and is much more convenient. If you will be freezing your stacked patties, pre-freeze the paper lined patties individually first on a cookie sheet before stacking. This will prevent them from sticking together and you can easily remove for use as many as you need with no problem separating them.
Very happy, great little press

I love this press! It is very easy to use and produces consistent results. I did purchase a box of burger papers and use them when pressing which allows me to lift out the burger and stack the, without sticking. The burgers are also a good size. We love making portobello buns since we don't eat grain at all and have used this press with grass fed/finished ground beef and bison with great results. Clean-up was easy and this unit is sturdy.
Best I have used.

Adjustable and heavy duty. A bit of a pain to disassemble to clean and be carful when re-threading the press after cleaning. I would recommend using the patty paper as illustrated. Also its bulky and needs a little space of its own. Did I mention its totally and infinitely adjustable to make the perfect sized burger for your tastes.
