Great healthy way to substitude your meals if you have poor diet and still get all the nutrients body needs to survive

Great product that I have been taking every day for 6 months now and re ordering both reds and greens. I do not eat fruits or veggies therefore have problem with keeping healthy daily diet. My Doctor has advised to try to force myself to at least have my nutrients in a liquid form and it worked with this product. So I Bought Bullet processor to make it as yogurt smoothie and now even if I do not eat well at least I know that I am getting all essential nutrients regardless. Also I add 1000 mg of vitamin C and organic beet powder to it and drink it as a necessary liquid food with my vitamins. I treat this product as an important part of healthy diet and not for the taste that some people say is not pleasant. As long as I don't have to eat veggies and fruit I am very happy with this product.
