I have had multiple sets of these in my lifetime. I love this brand Knife. I even have some that were passed down to me that were my grandmothers! They are the best knifes ever!

Cuts a charred steak like butter and holds the edge that sharp for a good 50 uses. I'll never go back to using serrated steak knives again...
Edit: Another HUGE positive I've noticed with these knives is that they DO NOT SCRATCH MY PLATES!! Serrated knives always scratched up my Corelle Livingware plates so that they required replacement over time.
