oh..I like these cards. They are clear and flexible. I have a bad hand and it normally hurts to shuffle. But not with these cards. They are perfect

I was taught rummy with KEM cards back in the old country of Bolivia. I am happy to report that after decades, the quality is the same as with the old ones. Being made in the USA is a definite bonus and reason to pay a bit more for the joy of playing "first class" 😊â' ï¸â'¥ï¸â'£ï¸â'¦ï¸
Great Value

In the last year I've experimented with three qualities and brands of playing cards. The KEMs last much longer than the other and, because they last so long, they are a great value even though they cost more initially.
I play gin rummy practically every day with the same group. For a long time, years, we bought bulk Bicycle cards from Costco. As I recall, there were about a dozen decks and the cost was $15 or so. It seemed we went through a couple of decks every week or two. Then I experimented with Da Vinci Casino cards. They were much better. The two decks I bought lasted about twice as long as the dozen Bicycle decks. We played with them for three months or so. Finally, I got KEM playing cards and they are clearly the best in all the players' opinions. I'm still playing with the same two decks I bought months ago and they still feel like new when we shuffle them. The other cards bend whereas these do not. Ink on the other decks ultimately gets thin from being shuffled. Not these.
If you're an occasional card player, the quality of the cards you play may not matter. We play quite a bit and are not as careful as we should be. For us these KEMs are the best we've found.
