I have arthritis and was having a lot of problems, especially with my knees, and figured I would give this product a try after researching it. My doctor said there was a 50/50 chance of it working but couldn't hurt to try. It definitely does help, as evidenced by the fact I groan in pain when going up or down steps when I've forgotten to take it! When I first started taking this supplement I noticed an improvement in general muscle/tendon/ tightness and soreness, but I have since plateaued. I think supplements like these assist with this problem, along with exercise, stretching, massage, chiropractor ect. I am very skeptical of reviewers that have had years of difficult pain and getting significant sustained relief from just taking a pill.
Who would have thought this would help my TMJ too? Great bonus!

I am in my 40s and already having pain in hips etc. This works like a charm. After a week or two, my aches go away AND it even helps my TMJ which makes sense because my tempormadibular joint has arthritis in it.
Hard to Swallow

These Schiff pills are somewhat effective if you can swallow them, the tablets are huge, and although they are coated, are very hard to swallow. I much prefer Ostaflex "“Relief from Severe Joint Ache with Glucosamine, MSM, & Chondroitin
