Disappointed, and confused.

Had this for two months, give or take a few days. Worked exactly as expected. Have used these pots for years because they are the best to make rice in, and lots of the other dishes I prepare on a regular basis. Had my first one for nearly a decade, only bought a new one because that one got left behind in a move. Would never dream of not having one in my house. Then, today came along. Went to make some rice and halfway through cooking my husband went to take the lid off to check it and the handle fell apart in his hand. Screw was completely stripped, fell into the rice, and the plastic handle came away in his hand. Poor craftsmanship doesn't even begin to explain that level of faulty quality. Not sure what had happened to these pans, but my grandmother had one she's used to create cherished Cuban dishes for as long as I've been alive, and never had a problem. Now they don't even last half a year? What's up with that?
It's what I was looking for.

Alright. I read the reviews and knew there was a chance that I would end up with a bad product. I was pretty much right. The lid doesn't fit the pot correctly. It's raw aluminum. That said, it's exactly what I wanted. An aluminum pot that I wouldn't care if it got tore up or not. So it's a piece of junk but exactly what I was looking for and hence the 3 star rating. If you're looking for high quality, or even decent, cookware....more on. If you simply don't care, then this is for you.
Stay away

Terrible product, they shipped it with the lid on upside down because it was so warped that there is no way to make it shut correctly. Just as others have stated the lid has a strange shape to it. Im not sure if it is bent or incorrectly casted but i tried to find the "sweet spot" to close it without having a gap but it isnt possible. I WOULDNT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM IMUSA since this is their second product i receive in poor quality.
Even if it was able to shut the quality is pretty bad.

Lid doesn't fit = USELESS

I read the reviews and thought they just got a bad one but when mine arrived I checked it first thing and as others have said the lid did not fit.it was a different shape than opening. Inside had some finishing flaws not sure if it would have made a difference when cooking. Returned it immediately. If you want to use it without the lid then it is probably OK.
High expectations- low results. Throughly dissapointed.

so so, dont use it as much, top was warped so it doesnt fit snug like most pans, ill probably end up just getting rid of it of using it for noodles but not for stewing or any thing that will result in a tight lid. waste of money, recommend you actually go to a store and buy one this brand is not consistant and is a true example of why some things should not be mass produced
