My 23lb Westie loves it! The medium fits perfectly in the back seat of our Ford F-150 FX4. It's high enough so he can see out the window and wide enough for him to lay down. The seatbelt secures the seat very well!

First time buy of this product and I love it! I bought the small for my 16lb 8mo old Boston Terrier. I had a different booster seat before and he didn't fit well in it and with this one he fits and isn't falling out as I'm driving. I have a chevy sonic and it fits on the seat. I love that all you have to do is buckle the seat to the car seat, way easier system!

My dog Munch absolutely loves this car seat..He got right in and snuggled down..It fits very securely in front seat of my car, just make sure you extend the seat belt and let it retract so it keeps the car seat really tight to the seat of the car..I would definitely recommend this to other with small dogs. Munch is 6 llbs, I'm not sure how comfortable a much larger dog would be. The attachment for his harness is good but for long trips I would suggest the Snoozer safety harness and seat belt extension.

I bought two of these, but I could have gone with one. My Chihuahuas are 8.5 and 9 lbs, and they both fit quite comfortably. The were excited to be looking outside instead of trapped in their kennels. Eventually, they settled down into naps, and they never fought once.
Don't hesitate, just try it out - chances are your dog will enjoy it and it's safer than whatever your current routine is!

Was easier to install than I expected, and my dog acclimated to it within 10 minutes or so. It feels pretty secure with the shoulder & lap belts holding it down, and the supplied extension that they include was long enough to attach to the shoulder belt and then to my dog harness's D-ring. This allowed my dog enough slack to stand up (as per their picture), or lie down comfortably and face any directions she wanted. My dog is 13-14 lb Italian Greyhound.
I was expecting it to be a steeper learning curve for her to get acquainted with this, but within 5-10 minutes she was relaxed and enjoying it. She typically enjoyed car trips anyway but in 10 years and thousands of car miles she's always been in my lap bundled in a blanket with the lap belt securing her down - not the ideal setup for (god forbid) and accident with airbag deployment or driving stick shift either.
This product isn't inexpensive nor extremely pricey, but it seems well made and adequate for the price, I am happy with the quality and also appreciated the lack of superfluous packaging materials.
