I loved this, mainly because the price and actually worked with stains we had. Of coarse if you want to do a large area your arms will probably fall off, but for smaller areas it's great. Although it did break, we can't fill it with water/soap because it leaks. We do still use it, we put the water and carpet shampoo in a spray bottle and use the shampooer to scrub over it.
So disappointed!

This carpet shampooer is exactly what I need for the small areas I need to clean. However I am unable to keep the handle extended...it collapses every time I try to use it. I want to return it but am concerned about the cost to do that.
