Avoid if you want a shock that works.

I've had two sets of these on different vehicles and they all failed less than 10K miles. First thing to go is the rebound. My leaking factory shocks with 50k miles function better than these when new. Lookup videos of these shocks failing on youtube. Poor quality build and many bad shocks sold new.

Great replacement for my factory Rancho shock. I have a 2011 F250 with the FX4 package. My truck had 124000 miles on it when I put the new shocks on. Wow what a difference, I regret not replacing these sooner. I tow a 9k pound travel trailer and it has made more truck much more stable. It bounces so much less my wife even noticed from the passenger seat. The adjustability is worth the cost, I run on setting 4 unloaded and turn them all the way up for heavy loads for increased stability.

I installed a full set of RS9000XL shocks and a RS5000 steering stabilizer on my 2005 F250 SD and what a difference! The ride is amazing, no more clacking my teeth together over potholes and the steering is firm and there is no more wandering or steering give. Simple to install with a few wrenches and sockets. Two of us had it done in about 3 hours. The instructions leave a bit to be desired, but there are all kinds of videos on the internet. I like the adjustment factor on the shocks allowing you to choose your ride preference or how it allows you to increase or decrease the stiffness based on your load conditions. They look good too!

I received everything brand new in my package for the shocks. I am super impressed by the ride my 2002 4x4 dually crew cab 7.3 Powerstroke has at the number 3 setting. My wife said she loves my new truck 😂 my hat is off to you rancho! Ordering the 5000 series next for the front. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

I read the reviews, I was a little skeptical at first, but thought I would give them a try.... they are easy to install, and the ability to dial the ride in is awesome. I put these on a Ford F350 that carries a plow. they work great!!!
