I had to grind to turn to powder, waste of time!!!!

First off I have to say that this company is an outstanding company and I really like their quality and their packaging.
The cinnamon origin is Indonesia and this particular sentiment is not as sweet it is chopped and that's what I was expecting however it is not a sweet form of cinnamon so I have to add a sweetener to it. I use it as tea in a tea infuser ball. And drink it throughout the day just so you know as an FYI when you have cinnamon sitting in water it can cause the water to be thicker kind of a viscous consistency. Just the nature of the product it's not bad I'm just saying be prepared for that however if you're just using it immediately for your tea or to add it to coffee beans' you won't get this viscous consistency.
The cinnamon chunks are harder because they are small chunks then what I thought they were but that's just my interpretation. The company is a great company I like their products overall and I think what I wasn't prepared for it it's not the type of cinnamon that I was looking for. However I still will use it I just will not order this type of cinnamon again but I love the company so I would order from the company

Good for the price

This cinnamon is perfect! I use it to top my all-natural soaps and also in my coffee. I grind whole beans and add a couple of tsp of the cinnamon to the coffee beans before grinding or sometimes I just add them to the coffee basket. Both yield great cinnamon-y coffee! You can see the cinnamon on top of a cooling batch of hotprocess pumpkin soap.

Wonderful granulated cinnamon that doesn't fly all over the kitchen!
