I am impressed with all the ingredients, especially with the bitter melon that I don't normally find OTC. With the combination of the essential herbs all in one supplement, I am able to reduce the number of different supplements that I have to consume. That is a value on money, effort and time. I also appreciate that there are minimal other non-essential ingredients. The capsule is the average size and there is no odor or after taste. This supplement is part of my regular routine now to maintain my blood sugar.

These seem to be of good quality. The company is a bit strange. They put an old QR code on the bottle. Then it leads you to an error message on their own website. That doesn't give the best confidence in the company in my opinion. But the actual supplement seem ok. The bottle I'm reviewing was purchased in 2023 the expiration date is not till 2026. However on the other hand this is just an over the counter supplement. So results will vary greatly. Even if someone buys a supplement and has miraculous results that's not going to be the same for everyone. Supplements are in my opinion a hey I have this thing this says it "may" help me. I'll try this! Just remember to do a bit of research before trying anything especially if you're on any prescription medications. Make sure whatever supplements don't interact with your other medications. Then if it is ok I say go for it and try it. This does seem to lower my blood sugar levels by about 10%. So this is reasonably priced and worth a try.

I enjoy the neat combination of ingredients in this supplement. This is the first I've tried with bitter melon as the primary ingredient. I like that it's combined with berberine and cinnamon, two ingredients that I take daily for blood sugar support. I'm grateful that the supplement is made with a plant capsule, therefore vegetarian and vegan friendly. These are easy to take, and I like that they are concentrated so that one pill is sufficient for the day. I would supplement with an additional gymnema capsule, as 300 mg isn't enough for me personally. Same goes for fenugreek, if I choose to take that. 4 stars instead of 5 as there is limited information about this company available, and I'd like to know more before giving a full "thumbs up".

It seems to help lower blood sugar slightly but it won't make a big difference if you aren't watching what you eat. I've been supplementing with cinnamon for years, but this is my first experience with Bitter Melon. I see similar results with this and pure cinnamon supplements.
