We use this fine grate microplane several time a week

We use this fine grate microplane several time a week. The handle is large enough for a firm, non-slip grip and the metal framework around the grater surface is sturdy and should last a long time. Our first fine grate microplane had a plastic frame which recently broke and rendered the tool useless. So happy to find the metal one with a fat handle. We love it.
Great grater for cheese and Chocolate!

This grater works wonderful on cheese and chocolate. It is easy to clean up- I tend to hand wash but have placed it in the dish washer to. I just use dish soap and wipe in the opposite direction of the grater and its clean. Its durable and also stores easily in my utensil drawer. Its much less bulky than other brands.
Very well-made, strong and does a splendid job of making grated ribbons.

Very well-made, strong and does a splendid job of making grated ribbons. I would have given it 5 stars, but whoever places the stickers, place the most intrusive and hard to remove sticker on the back of the blades..... not a good thing to do. Note to Manufacturer or distributor: Stop doing that!
