A great DEAL!

Reasonable cost to help me satisfy my addiction to curry. I can eat it 24/7 I like it so much.
Delicious!

This stuff is delicious, reminds me almost perfectly of Coco's Curry House in Japan.
I make it up as follows:
One whole box (two bricks) of curry.
Two lbs of chicken, cut finely.
One large onion, diced.
Fry the Chicken and Onion in olive oil till fully cooked, add curry bricks, then add water till slightly more soupy than desired.
Bring to a boil then lower heat to medium, stirring constantly until you reach the desired thickness.
Pour over rice, or mix in freshly boiled gnocchi.

I love this sauce so easy to add whatever you want and presto a great tasting dinner. Use with crab, shrimp, scallops over mixed grain rice for a great company dish. A bit spicy if you are not used to some heat.
A1 for Japanese curry

To make a great Japanese curry this works so well. Of course you need a good recipe to add all the other spices to make to burst with flavor.
I find the mild to be not too spicy and perfect spice level

Throw some rice in the rice cooker and heat this up and he whole family loves it! Its our favorite meal, especially in the fall/winter---a full box is enough for about 8 people if you're really hungry. At first it seemed like an ok deal price wise, but realized you get about 2 times in this package as in the store (Safeway, in our case). Recommend getting a couple of different levels of spicy and mixing them together. You can add chicken/beef, or just vegetarian---either way, this brings you pretty darn close to Hokka Hokka or Coco's. Grew up eating this as a kid and having it is like that flashback scene in Ratatouille.
