My husband bought this for me because he disliked my old sunhat. Hey, it was only 25 years old! Anyway, this hat fits very well. I had it on when we were having a very blustery day and never once did it blow off, and that was without aid from the chip strap. My only complaint is the first day I wore it my forehead was very sweaty and it left a sweat stain on it that is still there. That didn't make me happy, but it does do a very good job of keeping the sun out of my eyes, so that makes me happy.

This is an awesome hiking, camping, fishing hat. I am a trail runner and like to keep the sun off my face. This is very light and I throw it into the back of the car when done. It goes totally flat when lying down/flat. If it loses shape it has the ability to reshape very easily. Great hat!

My only complaint is that it is a little hotter than hats that have a vent in them, but I have had 1 for about 3 years and when it started falling apart I thought it was good enough to get another one.
