Love, love these chafers!!! I got my first one because I thought the roll top would be more functional than the lift off lids chafers I already. I knew it would be an attractive piece from the pictures but - WOW this thing really is gorgeous! It is very big, which makes storage a bit tricky, but this chafer is amazing and worth it! I really love how striking this chafer is - it is a velvety kind of shiny and paired with the large size it makes quite a statement. We used it for a catered Mexican dinner over Christmas and it worked amazing. Heats very quickly and keeps a nice even temperature for hours. That rolling lid is really functional - when the pace of serving slows down I can roll it closed, but people can still help themselves. SO much better than having to find a place for lids! I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to clean up. Little warm water and a microfiber cloth to dry and it was as shiny and pretty as ever! Super product, just ordered another one! Really cannot recommend this enough!!!

Looks nice... not sure it's worth the price and there's a noticeable dent which was probably there before the product was placed in the box (nothing wrong with packaging and no damage to the box). Quality control should've caught it and I have no time to return it before my event.
The stainless exterior was greasy but I was able to clean it up nicely. I love the chafer and it will last ...

Product received was used; the bottom 6" pan had burn marks and warped. It appears the previous owner had no water in the steam pan. The stainless exterior was greasy but I was able to clean it up nicely. I love the chafer and it will last for years if taken care of; but not that I was sent a used and damaged pan. If I had time I would return it for a replacement but for now I'll make due.

If you can cook and you serve in these, people will think you've had your event catered. I used these with divided inserts (reviewed elsewhere) to serve two types of shish-ka-bob and turkey/pulled pork in the other. They made my table look professional and beautiful. The food was kept moist and warm as we refilled it over a 5 hour period. This was a great purchase
