Great! You can cut it to conform to your needs. Due to the lack of outside wall space the basement the baseboard heat had to be placed behind the toilet. The plumber suggested this to run from the wall water inlet pipe upward to the toilet valve. He said it will stop the pipe from sweating in the winter caused by cold water coming in and the heat directly under the pipe.
