The Blood Type testing kit was easy top use, had great directions. It even offered a link to go to if you wanted to watch an instructional video. Shipping was a little delayed. It took about 9 days for me to received it. Other than the shipping, it is a great product.
Missing the Eldon card part

When this item first arrived, it was missing the actual Eldon card itself. I phoned their customer service department, and they were very good about sending out the replacement ASAP. But it was all a bit of a pain.
