This commercial vacuum sits too high to pick up any debris off our floors. On hard surfaces it just throws debris around and on our short carpets nothing is picked up either. I had assumed a "commercial" vacuum would have the ability to adjust for low surfaces but this does not even on it's lowest setting.

Have had to replace multiple belts on this vacuum. Would not recommend. First belt broke within days and we have gone through 6 belts in less than 3 months. Very disappointing.

Do not like this vacuum cleaner at all! I did not initially read the reviews because Hoover has always had a reputable & quality product....until now. It does not pick up very well at all, and was not easy to put together. Plus, on the bag, it states that it is "EZ Empty Dirt Cup". This is NOT the case at all. It does not empty in the same manner that you would think a bagless would empty. My regret - that I threw the box away because I would definitely send it back.
So, if you are looking for a quality vaccuum cleaner that is easy to use & picks up nicely, look elsewhere.
