These are awesome. I wear converse, toms, flats, etc. every day for work and they look weird when you wear them with socks. The problem with this is that they smell kind of funky if you wear them every day or if your feet sweat a lot. When I found these I was so excited to try them. I have tried them in all of my shoes. The smelliest of the shoes are the Toms, particularly if they've gotten wet or sweaty. I was nervous wearing them to work, because I had to change out of them there in front of other people (to wear sneakers for a walk). The good news, I couldn't smell a thing!!

I have also used these with Rocket Pure foot spray, which is a nice minty smell. A great combination.

Basically, these are amazing. I used to worry about foot odor while wearing flats and shoes without socks. Now I don't have to think twice. The best part is that they are machine washable, so I can always keep them clean and fresh. Im looking forward to my shoes lasting longer, and less embarrassment about foot odor.

I plan to order many more! These are awesome and everyone should know about them.

Sizing: I ordered the 38. I wear a size 8.5 usually. The 38s were a little too long but they are flexible enough that they still worked in all of my shoes.

Update: I've worn these several times without washing. Unlike regular shoe inserts, these will probably need to be washed more regularly. They started to smell a few days in (not a huge problem in my opinion!)

I wanted to see the difference for myself so I bought the Pedag and the HappyStep Terrycloth insoles. I purchased both in (women's)size 8 even though I am a true 9. Both brands fit perfectly in my size 9 shoes. As other commenters noted, the HappyStep brand is ever so slightly more cushiony, softer. The terrycloth seems a tiny bit thicker. The Pedag are slightly less flexible and a tad thinner"”both the insole depth as well as width at the ball of the foot. But the differences are really subtle. If your shoes have a little room in terms of fit and shape/design, I'd go with the HappyStep (like the black loafers pictured). If the shoes are more snug and/or of a slimmer profile (like the black open-sided flats pictured), try the Pedag. Happy with both, so far.

My feet and I love these! I wear flats all the time (bad feet) but cannot stand those "no slip" socks (*eyeroll* They always slip) and footies. These keep my feet dry from sweat which means no stink! They are easy to wash once a week in the washer/dryer (probably should air dry them but I always forget to take them out in between). I put a few drops of essential oils on them just because.

My only issue is that they are very true to shoe size. I'm pregnant and have some normal swelling in my feet so I went up a shoe size for a few weeks and these don't exactly fit in the new size. I'm still using them but I have to adjust them during the day. That's not a product issue, I'm just too lazy/cheap to buy another pair for such a short time! :) It's just good to know that they are true to the size listed.

I love these!!! If you have sweaty feet/stinky feet but like to wear shoes without socks (like Toms) these are the answer to your prayers. When they get dirty, wash them in the washing machine with clothes and then pop them back into my shoes with a dab of lavender oil. My only complaint is they are a tad narrow through the inner middle part-- I guess that's the arch of the foot? Anyway, they are still superior to those stupid half sock thingys which always show anyway. I've bought two pairs and will buy more.

I hate "hidden" socks, but I also hate stinky shoes and feet. I have been searching for an alternative to the hidden socks that I can wear with ballet flats and tennis shoes, and I found this product. The price was right to test it and after 1 full day of wearing it, it was a good purchase. For some ballet flats, it makes the shoes a bit tighter, so this won't work well for shoes that are already on the tight side. I wouldn't give it a perfect score because i can feel the end of them with my toes, which is a little distracting (but less distracting than a half-on, half-off sock).
