It is a proplene glycol solution at 50/50 that does what it is meant to do. Congratulations to the manufacturer? Sure, they put something together that suits the purpose. Shall we all screech "Whoopee!"? I feel differently. Consumer trust is a valuable commodity. It is earned by manufacturers that perform what they say they do. There is no whoopee in that meagre=basic performance.
