I've done homemade applesauce for many years but for the first time I have a wonderful helper in the Victorio Food Strainer. It makes my life so much simpler. In the last 3 weeks, I've canned over 60 quarts of great applesauce. By also purchasing the optional electric motor attachment Electric Motor for VKP250 Food Strainer by VICTORIO VKP250-M I've reduced the effort and time needed. I can now mill a batch of 8 quarts of cooked apples in less than 20 minutes and I don't have to crank the device. The sludge or waste is quite dry and the sauce has a very even consistency. It is a very stable unit. Once you've used it a couple of times, it's easy to disassemble and clean.

The set up was easy, and, so is the operation. Your juice/pulp comes out from one area, and, the refuse (seeds, skin) come out, another. Warm soapy water, and, it's clean. Easy as pie!

Used it on tomatoes and it works great. Perfectly smooth puree sauce to freeze for winter use. Can't wait now to get a bushel of apples to sauce for the winter.
Great customer service. I lost the spring and damaged one of the rubber clamp pads by clamping too tight and they replaced at no charge even though it was my fault.
I also have their grain mill and love it so will continue to get their items.

My hairdresser recommended this strainer to me. I love it. I ordered the other strainers with the grape shaft thingie. If we took the grapes off the stems and didn't put in green ones, it worked beautifully. For tomatoes I cut out the core to keep it from clogging. My husband and I processed about a bushel and a half of grapes last Sunday.
I guess they are that good.

We make jelly's and jams with the berries we grow. We wouldn't trust our product to anything but the Victorio Kitchen Products. We get the quality juice and pulp without all the seeds. This is our second time of buying this product as someone borrowed our last one and never returned it. I guess they are that good.
