Plastic clip tabs are flimsy, break easily.

Whoever installed the fan did not do a good job. It is recessed about an inch. Therefore, you need to be a contortionist to get this grill installed. While that is not the product's fault, the fact that we've broken three of these is. The plastic tabs that hold the clips in place are incredibly flimsy and break easily. This leaves you with a) a big hole in the ceiling and b) a square frisbee. Cheap construction on the point of the product that gets the most stress.

The clips on this are a little short, our fan is tucked pretty far up in the ceiling. We had to bend them a bit to get it to fit, but it's sort of just hanging there. Better than looking at a dust hole.
