DO NOT buy this, it is obsolete, I don't know why they are selling this crap.
Can't set it up.

I owned one already, and had an account, and paid in April for one year at $42. Then my XL-20 stopped working, so I purchased a new one as the other was 1 1/2 years old. I received it and followed the instructions for one month to set it up, but I can't get it registered as I have an account with them already. I have called and left messages and sent my problem to customer services as they suggest if you are having a problem, but no one gets back to me. I sent them an email today.
So I have a pedometer which I can't use, and I paid for one years' subscription. And there is a free one year subscription that comes with the XL-20. I wish that I had purchased a fitbit.
I had a question about my sign on name a while ago, and I went through this then too. Not a good company as they don't seem to care about helping their customers.

I am sure this activity monitor would be great if I could use it with my computer. Unfortunately, this monitor can not be used with Windows 7. Or at least, I hadn't figured out how to use it with it. I wish I would have discovered this before my "return" time had ran out. Oh well. I'll mark this one up to experience!
I would not purchase from this vendor any more.

I purchased two monitors from them and both of the monitors were so old that the internal batteries had gone bad. I had several calls to the maker trying to get my information to upload and after two weeks and countless calls they desided that the batteries were bad and both units would have to be replaced. It has now been four weeks and I still do not have my monitors. I had purchased them as a birthday present for my wife and she has been very disappointed with it. Thanks you so much for that.
