Not for pet owners

IT has a pet setting that just ionizes the air. We've had a couple of mice since we got it. When we switch it off of pet mode, their is a very subtle noise that we probably wouldn't notice if we weren't trying to hear it but our dogs ran to the other side of the house and hid, so that won't work. Now it's basically a nightlight.
cheaply built

I bought 2 and when I tried to change a switch on the side to turn off the night light, it broke off. This happened on both. They appear to be working, but short of seeing evidence of mice again, I won't know. I should have paid more for a better item.
Not only do I not have bugs anymore with the Home Sentinel but I also have a great night light for my bedroom

I bought one on sale a few months back. Been having bugs in my house with my house being so close to the woods. Not only do I not have bugs anymore with the Home Sentinel but I also have a great night light for my bedroom! Keeps me from bumping into things at night. Bought another one recently for my living room mainly for the great night light but it keeps the spiders away too. I have a cat in the house and he's not bothered in the least by this form of pest control.
SEEMS TO WORK GOOD

I only bought one but I'm sure buying a few more would have been even better. That said, I really feel this worked. I had it in my garage for awhile then put it in my attic trying to get rid of a pesky rat that found a path between the two and had eluded ever other solution I had tried before this. I didn't stop him completely but it sure cut down his activity, and I feel a few more strategically placed would have deterred him much more. I put mine on a timer so that it would go off for long periods of random times as I didn't want the critter to get used to the sound. Not sure if it hurt or helped, but thinking it was the latter. I have a 9yr old Boxer and he didn't seem bothered at all when he walked into the garage, more importantly he wasn't bother when he was in the house in a room next to the garage. The options seemed great, especially the pet friendly and light options. I would recommend it as a good deterrent, though eventually I did find a way to slowly poison it (sorry but all humane attempts failed) permanently.
DID NOT WORK FOR ME!!!

I bought this praying that it would get rid of these mice, BUT THEY ARE STILL HERE!!!! I have really bad anxiety and my lanloard refuses to do anything but lay traps 😠. The pet friendly option when turned off really gives me a headache when I'm close by it. Needless to say I have waisted more money trying to get rid of these things with no success
