Don’t fall off your rv

Finally used mine! I'm an Emt and keep my own pack in my personal truck (just in case) and used it on a trip and fall off an rv roof last week. Held his broken arm nicely and even between his painful scream and tears he briefly mentioned how cool the SAM was then continued to scream and cry.

bought my second SAM splint having used the first on a lot for practice. these are great and can be used over and over. I keep one in car and one at home, so many possible uses when you have active kids. It does take some practice to really know how to use this properly, youtube has lots of how to videos.

Great Customer service!! With all the stuff going on in the world, I decided to put together an emergency bag with medical supplies and other stuff and this is one small piece of it. There was a small glitch in my order. I contacted customer service (easy to get ahold of) and they promptly took care of it and sent me out a replacement. Hard to find good customer service these days but this is one. The splint was as described and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I'm a EMT, and I love this product. People are always asking me what is the best splint to buy for a first aid kit and I always recommend SAM Splints. They come in different sizes, or can be cut to size. We use these in our EMT bag, and I have several in my personal kit. I always buy new ones if they are soaked in blood or used.

it's a little bigger in real life than it is on television LOL. Right now it's sitting on a shelf but I may open it and stretch it out and fold in half longways to create a 18"x4" flat pad. Rolled up, it's a pretty good sized knot. I hope I never need to use this but it's nice to know it's there.
