Great pill dispenser, tamper resistant EXCELLENT!!!!

I have bought several different pill dispensers for a family member with no success! They all have been broken into and anyone with a family member on pain medication knows this can be a challege. I was hesitant to buy this because of the cost, but this has been a life saver for our family, not only does it provide piece of mind knowing that medication is taken when prescribed, my family member is relieved because they have a better life and taking what they are prescribed. They would forget take too much and then they wouldn't have for days.
I bought the enhanced security model and it has been the absolute best dispenser and tamper resistant. A life saver and I can't recommend it enough, its pricey but well worth the money. The support is incredible!!! I called for questions setting up and was answered immediately by a very kind well informed representive (Steve) who quickly helped me. I also had a problem where it stopped dispensing with an error called the help line and a replacement was sent immediately. I can't say enough on how great this product is and their support. It has made all the difference in my family members life and mine.

She has been using it for four days and it is working great. The dispenser is quite expensive

I purchased this for my mother since she had trouble remembering when and how many pills to take. She has been using it for four days and it is working great. The dispenser is quite expensive, but worth the price for a piece of mind. No more wondering if she has taken her meds or even if she has taken the correct amount. Very happy so far.
Largely a reliable machine after 3 months...

This machine has largely worked as described since we purchased it about three months ago. It has moving parts so we get minor belt errors that require correcting on occasion, but following the instructions on the screen or manual have proved effective at correcting it each time. For me, it's better than manual alternatives.
