I started a new weight loss program a few weeks ago that requires a certain amount of protein and veggies each day, and so far, this little scale has really helped me stay on track. It comes with a detached plastic bowl, which is very convenient and easy to wash. The scale itself is a good size as it's large enough to fit a variety of foods and small enough that it doesn't take up too much counter space. It reads in both ounces and in grams, which appear accurate. My only critique though is that the switch to change it from ounces to grams (and vice versa) is on the bottom, which can be inconvenient. This function would be much better if located on the top with the other buttons. Overall though this is a good inexpensive choice.

Compared to my previous kitchen scale, which I loved but unfortunately melted by leaving it on a hot burner, this one is hard to use. Display not well lit and very difficult to read. I can't be sure if the tiny lettering indicating measurement unit says LB or KG. Needs a magnifying glass, preferably one with a built-in flashlight! The bowl overhangs the display, further blocking readability. I can weight the same thing twice and get two wildly different readings. NOT recommended. Guess you get what you pay for.....

I needed a scale in my kitchen for weighing out different spices and was looking for something that wasn't going to take up a lot of space. The reviews were really good so I figured I would give it a try especially since the price was pretty decent compared to other ones for sale. I was really impressed by the quality of the scale itself though it does have a plastic bowl that comes with it you can take that off and put any type of container on top that you wish and just zero the scale out. so far I have had no issues with it and it has been very accurate for me. Great by if you're looking to have a scale for occasional use in the kitchen

I was using myfitness pal but if you use any app such as this you'll know the serving sizes are never accurate and you cannot be sure that you are getting the correct amount of calories. So I purchased this scale to help me dial in my calorie intake much further. Its 100% on point. As this scale helped me to identify areas in my diet where I was getting extra 400-600 calories from miscalculating the food based on the nutrition label. I have since then lost a total of 60lbs and i only have a few pounds left to lose thanks to this scale I can see my weight loss dreams come true.

We have used it to measure fresh vegetables like Asian melons, cucumbers, bell peppers, and such from our small garden. You are limited only by your imagination and creativity.
