The cover for the control is great. It can feel annoying to lift it up every time you want to change but it's great to know that nothing will ever damage them. The scale was recommended to me and I've passed that on, I am so glad I got this!!

So far it's accurate and easy to use. The only thing I was bummed about was the screen protector you flip up and down came broken in the box. It doesn't effect the machine whatsoever but the scratches will probably show up quicker now. You can see what I'm talking about in the pictures I attached with my review.

I only have one issue with this scale. It has an annoying habit of shutting off in the middle of weighing stuff. My older scale, which is like this one but black..and made by the same company (I think), never did this. I make a lot of herbal tinctures and this is VERY frustrating. It could be just the scale I bought but overall its a pretty good scale.
