these really work

once I figured out these stick directly to your foot, I LOVE them. I have a torn ligament and need constant pressure behind my metatarsal when standing or walking. these pads , when properly placed, allow me to walk bare footed on my tile floors without too much pain.

I'm trying to avoid surgery.
Helped my neuroma!

I rarely write reviews but this product is fantastic. I have a very painful neuroma on my right foot and have tried to make my own pads to get some relief to no avail. I bought these with low expectations but they offered immediate relief! It's great to be able to reposition the pads on my foot easily to find the right spot to alleviate the symptoms. I'm surprised how helpful they are given how thin they are. If you have neuromas these are well worth the tiny investment!
They worked great to help heal Morton's Neuroma

They worked great to help heal Morton's Neuroma. Wearing these with the narrow end toward the front of the foot, and positioned between the affected toes, helped cushion the nerve and greatly decrease the pain in my foot. I did find that they did not work as well in shoes that were even slightly tight fitting. The pressure that was put on the pad actually made the pain worse. I used these with wide-fit sneakers and it was a great combination.
Just what the chiropractor suggested

I bought this second order after the first worked so well. My need is transverse metatarsal arch support for my right foot. Standard inserts do not support that area of the foot. Walking without support has become a painful irritation.

Dr Jill's are shaped perfectly to provide the exact amount of support I need. I now have one in each right shoe I own and pain is minimal to non-existent.
Relief at Last

I had tried many solutions to relive my metatarsalgia, and none of them worked. After reading the good reviews I decided to try these. I was actually shocked that they provided complete relief. I agree with others that finding the right placement is key. You be tempted to put them where you are experiencing pain , but actually they should go more toward the back of the foot. I draw an imaginary line between the middle of my big to knuckle to the middle of my little toe knuckle and place it there. Also, I turn it sideways. I found that it was not wide enough otherwise, and I experienced pain at the edges , where my foot spilled over the pad. I wash it every night, so it has remained sticky.
