I like the ability to see if pills have been taken. At a glance I can see if my daughter forgot her meds. The under cabinet mount also keeps them out of the way, while in plain sight.
I'm not a fan of the lack of security. The pill lever is super easy to work and the dispensing feature isn't very precise. More than once she has taken her pm pills and released a morning pill. I would like to see a catch cup placed under the dispensary to prevent lost pills. I would also like to see the ratchet action be more precise and have a reverse option for accidental use. Being able to change the labels would be nice, the we could just have twice or once a day dispensing.
I gave this 4 stars because while I feel there is room for improvement, the item was well represented and does what it ought to.

Great product! Very well made! I order this because I like to be organized and this keeps my medication off the counters as it fits well underneath the cabinet. Holds a lot of pills even the large tablets. Sometimes the gel ones stick but they're not hard to get out with your finger. It can be a little confusing at first when loading the pills. You have to have it on load or you may be putting them in the wrong slot. I would recommend this product to anyone who takes a lot of meds and or vitamins.

Love this! Very simple and easy to use! Love that it has morning noon and night pill slots instead of just morning and night or morning noon dinner and bedtime. It was simple for me to attach under the cupboard and it's not an eyesore and out of the way. No more losing the container of pills! Only downfall which is not a huge concern if I were to just pay more close attention to what I'm doing, but sometimes I accidentally put wrong pills in wrong time slot, and then gotta dig em out which is hard with fingers, but easy with tweezers. 5 star rating here!

This device works well for me. Like others have mentioned here though I've had to modify the labeling on the drum for twice a day use rather than 3 times a day. While not a really big deal if you have a Brother label maker I think it would be a lot better if the company supplied stick-on labels rather than have silk screened labels on the drum. I've also found that it is much easier to load by using a small bathroom cup rather than trying to put each pill in at a time.
