I love this paste - I bought it specifically to make homemade catsup - it is delicious. Even my picky 11 year old great nephew loved it. You can't get a better review than that!!

They are not kidding when they state "The sweet taste..." - ugh! The jar lists sugars as 3mg - but I'm not buying it. It destroyed a small pot of fresh sauce with unwanted sweetness.

This is great right out of the jar "¦ and makes wonderful pasta or pizza sauce. The little jars are resealable, but we usually go through a whole jar at a meal anyway.
