I know Amazon knows if this but this food is a different formula then the little bites shown in the picture. The first time I ordered this food it was the correct food which I had gotten when I bought my puppy. The second time I ordered it it was not the food in the picture. But I did keep it and was going to mix it with what was left of my dogs original food while I ordered another one. Because I thought I had made the mistake. Turns out this seller or listing is the mistakes. So I ended up getting a second bag of this chicken and brown rice version of the little bites food. I looked at the ingredients and it is very similar to the original formulation. One of the difference I noticed was the chicken and brown rice one has coconut oil in it Stead of fish oil. I was looking at the ingredients because it seemed like the chicken and brown rice formulation was making my dogs poop a little softer. And she had trouble "ending" a poo and some stuck on her. Which was why I was going to switch back to the original. I'm not sure they even make the original now. I cannot seem to find it. Now my puppy has gotten more used to this formulation and poo has gotten better....not as soft and she is doing better. Just be aware you don't kniw which food you will get.

My little min-pin is a picky eater and we have tried a LOT of brands and "tastes" of dog food. This one is a winner! Now I do need to add that we sprinkle about three morsels of freeze dried chicken bits and add water to this mixture. We have tried this with many other brands so using Healthy Extensions as the base food makes a difference. We also feel good about feeding our little guy a brand that is healthy. We bought two bags and will DEFINITELY buy again!

I bought this dog food about 2 months again, the price was $36.98. I was going to order again now and the price is $50.00 plus...no words! We've lost respect for money! The food is good, but the price is out of control. A note of clarification, I based my review (stars) on the price, not on the food itself.

I ordered this dog food because it was what our dog's breeder had been feeding him. It is very small pieces, so it's great for puppies or small breeds.The ingredients list looks better than many other brands.

I check dog foods on a website called Dog Food Advisor. It rates foods on a 5 star scale, and this food has 4 stars. It gives reasons why.

I have since switched brands because of the lack of availability of this food at local stores, and the price is pretty high. I switched to Whole Earth Farms Grain Free - Chicken and Turkey. The value is better. It rated 4.5 stars on Dog Food Advisor (for that flavor). It is a lower price alternative to the ultra premium foods, but it is made my Merrick (a premium brand).

I purchased this for my ex-wife as she has three of the 6 dogs we had together and I wanted to get them on healthy food instead of the cheap stuff we had always fed them.

She has two seriously tiny Jack Russel's, I mean total runts of the litters!! Both small females and one of the tiny females had tiny pups and so the second is from that litter and even smaller! Anyway she also has a Black Lab who was raised with them who has terrible allergy problems, so I purchased this for the little girls and some larger sized food for the lab and she said they absolutely went nuts over it!

Apparently even the Lab loves it and chooses this over her own larger organic/healthy food which I cannot recall what the name is off hand.

So, yes this is their third bag and she says they all three still love it and I will keep buying it as you cannot beat being able to feed your dog the best ingredients AND having them love the taste also???
