The minute I received it I set it up and started working out. It is high enough above the ground to do parallel training for the abdominal area. It stays still in the ground and has a handle to grip. The price is WAY less than other similar products and functions the same. Overall, highly recommend it.

These seem to work well but be very careful about wide pushups. If your arm is pushing at these from a low angle, they will tip over. For this reason I'm thinking of getting some standard low bars as well. I also wish these had better padding on the grips. On the plus side these are very good for practicing L-sits and work well overall.

Simply cannot beat the price for what you get. Sturdy, great ground clearance, and light weight. The tolerance where the handles meet the base could be a little better (i.e. the handle sits flush on the base before being tightened) but once it's on you know you can trust it. Very glad I picked these up and didn't go with the $100 sets.
