The media could not be loaded. Push-up board is lightweight yet sturdy. It doesn't slip or slide at all while working out. With some creativity and basic skills, you can do a lot with it. It's an amazing deal for everything that's included in the package. Everything comes with the package can fit inside a bag that's included so you can take it anywhere you go. I highly recommend it.

This Push Up Board is solid. The quality is top tier. It comes with a lot of additional accessories that other boards do not. I am a personal trainer and I purchased this for in home training for some on my clients, it's like having your own bench press.
The handles switch places for different angles which makes it easy to hit your pectoralis minor and pectoralis major. I was sore for a couple of days after using this!
The included bar and bands make us great to hit your lower back and legs as well.
I will tell you. This would of been a life saver if I would of had it during COVID!

This push-up board and workout equipment is top tier. It features 4 different ways to do push-ups allowing you to focus on different muscle groups depending on which setting you use. The board itself is fairly sturdy and allows itself to be used as a grounding board to step on, attach bands, and get a complete workout in. I'm a fan of the design and was impressed that me being at my heaviest hasn't seemed to be an issue - this board holds up! Included along with the initial push-up board was a pilates session for bar, which I LOVE. It's perfect for doing squats and other elongating moves as well. I also love that it was super easy to put together and take apart when I was done. The latex resistance bands help take your workout to the next level as well as the training bands - talk about elevating your glute workouts! A lightweight backpack for the resistance bands and such is also included. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to my at home gym equipment and I'd definitely make the purchase again. I wasn't expecting such an awesome workout experience for such a low price. I'm extremely pleased.
