Nice travel package

The size of this setup is great easy fold and pack up for travel. However the resistance bands are lacking in resistances and maybe because I'm used to more weight"¦.. these just don't work or provide anything for me. Next also as a person who stand over 6ft, trying to do any exercise "¦ like a shoulder press as documented in the included print. Is just not possible with these bands, maybe if the person is 5ft 6 and short arms maybe lol. For me at over 6ft and 37 1/2 inch seem length nahhh lol. I barely make it pass my collarbone lol. Bicep curls side shoulder raises ok anything past the neck "¦. Nope. I'm now looking for other resistance band options that could maybe work with this setup that offers better results.

The first time I used this, I liked it, the second time I used it, it snapped in half, so I wrote a review and literally within hours of posting the review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement so if you're on the fence about ordering, if you're not satisfied the seller seems willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. As far as the item itself, I do like it and it gives you a pretty good home workout

I originally purchased it because I wanted to start working out a bit without having to go to the gym (I'm a shy guy). Now, everything was great for the most part, however, on one of the resistance bands, there was a missing hook(?)(picture attached, I forget what it was called). It's not a huge issue since I can just grab one from the other resistance bands I'm not using. But, as something I purchased, I expected all parts to be there in the box.
Next, one of the anti-slip stopper things for the actual board. One of them was broken somehow. Keep in mind that I've only used this twice as of writing this review. On top of expecting every part to be in the box, I expect every part to be in working order as advertised.
If it wasn't for those two points, I would've given it a 5 star. What's nice is that it comes with a bag you can store all the stuff in for easy carry. That was something I didn't expect, so it was a nice touch.

I like the different exercises offered on this product. Really nice! I just received the Hotwave gym and have not set it up yet, but I am concerned about bands that may break prematurely and need prompt replacement.
